Minimum class size is 4 participants. If this number is not met upon time of instructor arrival the client will still pay the minimum class size payment of 4 participants if there is a no-show. 

All participants must be able to do a minimum of 2 minutes of CPR skills on the ground in order to meet certification standards. Certificates cannot be given out if participant cannot perform skills. Safety Simplified may work with individuals with acute injuries to obtain certification if full recovery is expected, chronic injuries that impede individuals from performing skills will not be certifiable. 

Any damages caused to Safety Simplified property will be paid by the client. 

Although all care will be taken with these services, the Company limits any liability for loss, injury, death, inability to perform the services for any reason, failure to deliver for any reason or any other types of damages to the return of all payments already paid to the Company up to Total Amount defined above. 

Digitally signing this agreement has the same effect as manually signing a paper original. 

This agreement constitutes an order for services, and any additional services outlined above in Package. It is agreed to by both parties, Company and Client, as described above. Client agrees to pay Total Amount by the Final Payment Due by Date as defined above 

This is the entire agreement between Company and Client and supersedes all previous agreements. It cannot be altered without written consent of both Company and Client. 

 This service is non-refundable if a participant does not pass the course. Participants are expected to perform all hands-on skills and pass the written exam with a 75%. No refund will be given if a participant cannot meet these expectations. 

Safety Simplified will not tolerate any harassment or abuse while providing services. Any participants breaking the policy will be asked to leave the classroom and no-refund will be given.
